MandE acted as M&E Engineering Consultants for the fit-out of the new offices. The premises were designed and delivered to the highest standards in terms of energy efficiency, including the fitting of energy saving lighting with daylight control and occupancy detection. A highly efficient HVAC system complete with air handling unit which incorporated heat recovery module. Strict deadlines were set by the Client for the completion of this new Centre.
