Silverstone House is a multi-let 3,000 sq m four storey over basement modern office building. Completed in 1998, it was acquired by the current owners in 2016 and refurbished througout.
The mechanical and electrical building services refurbishment included Reception Area, Restrooms and Common areas. The existing showers and changing rooms in the basement were extended and provided with energy efficient building services.
